主体建筑由三个“人字形”的坡屋顶组成，既是对传统坡屋顶的继承，用现代的设计诠释了对传统建筑的发展，与城市建立起良好的链接，又是隐喻着一种携手劳作、同行并进和代表人民的力量。基地一分为二，北侧邻里中心，南侧幼儿园。如何构建新建筑与城市、环境的融合成为关键。沿河的建筑及景观作为重要的城市展示面，建筑形态由低到高，依次叠加，犹如画卷般地展开，V型的人工桥把沿河两岸的景观联系起来。
视角沿城市转角，三组幼儿园的建筑形态在北迎虹湖路上形成有韵律的形态依次递进，在开泰路上设有幼儿园的主入口，人民坊三组人字形的形态迎面扑来，给人带来一种全新的城市空间感受。
功能定位高度的复合化，集幼儿、游泳馆、综合健身馆、拖老养育、日间照料、老年活动、通信局房办公为多元化功能，打造集全面健身、大众休闲、买菜、社交空间、市民集会的一站式的服务功能体系.

Project Introduction:
The main building is composed of three "herringbone" sloping roofs, which not only inherit the traditional sloping roofs, but also interpret the development of traditional architecture with modern design, establish a good connection with the city, and metaphorically represent a power of working together, advancing together, and representing the people. The base is divided into two parts, with a neighborhood center on the north side and a kindergarten on the south side. How to integrate new buildings with the city and environment has become crucial. The architecture and landscape along the river serve as important urban display surfaces, with architectural forms stacked from low to high, unfolding like a scroll. The V-shaped artificial bridge connects the landscapes on both sides of the river.
From the perspective of the city corner, the architectural forms of the three groups of kindergartens form a rhythmic pattern on Beiying Honghu Road, gradually advancing. There is a main entrance to the kindergarten on Kaitai Road, and the three groups of people's square in the shape of a herringbone face each other, bringing a new sense of urban space.
The highly complex functional positioning integrates preschool, swimming pool, comprehensive fitness center, elderly care, day care, elderly activities, and communication office as diversified functions, creating a one-stop service system that integrates comprehensive fitness, public leisure, grocery shopping, social space, and citizen gatherings
