项目简介：
功能定位：将其成为京杭运河沿岸规模较大、功能齐全、现代化水平较高的水运物流交易服务中心之一，为运河物流提供一个更快捷、更全面、更高效的一站式服务平台，提高济宁运河物流服务水平，大大增强济宁作为山东省重点物流区域的核心竞争力。
设计理念:
在形体上取意于风帆的意象，不仅表现了企业的特征，也传达出扬帆远航的精神气质。建筑除了形体，在材料选取上也体现了时代气质，传达出时尚先锋的形象。建筑形体在立面上追求垂直挺拔的感官效果，展现了积极向上的企业精神和风貌。灯塔的隐喻，灯塔是作为京杭大运河中过往船只在航行中的一种指示标，其概念一方面突出了济宁临港物流交易中心在京杭大运河中历史中的地位，同时，建筑造型以挺拔、高耸的姿态展现其鲜明的个性和地标的作用。
建筑与城市的关系，在充分分析了本用地周边环境及道路关系后，将建筑主体板楼一字排开，成为该区域制高点，在空间上制约着整个片区。其建筑形象以高耸板楼的形态而居，肩负着标识性的作用，使其成为标志性建筑。裙房以方形的形态布置，具有很强的表现力， 成为城市的界面，形成有独特的空间效果。

Project Introduction: Functional positioning: To become one of the large-scale, fully functional, and modern water transportation logistics transaction service centers along the Beijing Hangzhou Canal, providing a faster, more comprehensive, and more efficient one-stop service platform for canal logistics, improving the logistics service level of Jining Canal, and greatly enhancing Jining's core competitiveness as a key logistics area in Shandong Province.
Design concept:Taking the image of a sail in its form not only expresses the characteristics of the enterprise, but also conveys the spiritual temperament of sailing far away. In addition to its form, architecture also reflects the temperament of the times in its material selection, conveying the image of a fashion pioneer. The architectural form pursues a vertical and upright sensory effect on the facade, showcasing a positive and upward corporate spirit and style. The metaphor of a lighthouse is that it serves as an indicator for passing ships on the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal. Its concept not only highlights the historical position of Jining Lingang Logistics Trading Center in the Grand Canal, but also showcases its bright personality and landmark role in a tall and upright manner.
After a thorough analysis of the surrounding environment and road relationships of the land, the relationship between architecture and the city was established. The main buildings were arranged in a straight line, becoming the commanding heights of the area and spatially constraining the entire area. Its architectural image is in the form of towering slab buildings, shouldering a symbolic role, making it an iconic building. The podium is arranged in a square shape, which has strong expressive power and becomes the interface of the city, forming a unique spatial effect.
