在充分分析了本用地周边环境及道路关系后，将建筑主体塔楼正好处在基地的中心位置，成为改区域制高点，其建筑形象以高耸塔楼的形态而居，肩负着标识性的作用，使其成为标志性建筑。裙房以弧形的形态布置，具有很强的视觉冲击效果，成为城市的界面，形成有独特的空间效果。总平面各功能块分区明确，相互独立，互不干扰，又相互联系，便于形成高效、便捷的物流交易中心、高档办公和商务酒店作为主体塔楼部分:其裙房部分以流动的曲线与高层塔楼相协调，整个形态如一气呵成。
